Whether you’re a local or simply visiting, you want to know if there’s a car boot sale on this weekend, a church jumble sale or a 5k fun run. Maybe you’re looking for a local comedy night, an amateur dramatics production, and let’s not forget carol singing or village fetes.
And obviously don’t forget to sign up to receive the monthly BV magazine here too.
Come to Bere Marsh Farm and learn all about the 6 species of native reptile found in the UK, with the CRT’s in-house reptile expert – Nick Dobbs.
Nick will begin with a presentation talk in the barn before leading the group on a guided nature walk of Bere Marsh Farm, including an opportunity to look for reptiles under survey tins known as ACOs (Artificial Cover Objects).
The circular walk around the farm will include the main trailway plus a visit to the beautiful Angela Hughes Nature Reserve which is only open to the public by appointment.
With so much to remember on the day, we will give everyone a UK reptile information sheet to take home.
Throughout the event, the Buzz Cafe will be open, selling homemade cakes, hot paninis, sausage rolls, pastries, and a variety of beverages.
